FormLM Refund Policy

Effective Date: May 1, 2026

This Refund Policy applies to all paid subscription plans and add-on credit purchases made through the FormLM platform (formlm.me). Please read this policy carefully before completing any purchase.


1. Free Plan

The Free plan is provided at no charge and does not involve any payment. No refund scenarios apply to the Free plan.


2. Paid Subscriptions (Monthly & Annual Plans)

2.1 General Policy โ€” No Refund After Activation

Once a paid subscription (monthly or annual) is activated and the service has been made available to you, we do not offer refunds for the current billing period under ordinary circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to, the following situations:

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that the service is considered rendered once access is granted.

You may cancel automatic renewal at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Upon cancellation:

2.3 Exceptions โ€” Eligible Refund Scenarios

Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis under the following exceptional circumstances:

  1. Platform-Side System Failure: A confirmed technical failure on our end caused the service to be completely unavailable for a significant portion of your billing period, and we were unable to provide a reasonable remedy or credit within a reasonable timeframe.
  2. Duplicate Charges: You were charged more than once for the same subscription or purchase due to a technical error on our payment system.

To request a refund under these circumstances, please contact us within 14 days of the charge. Refund requests submitted beyond this window may not be honored.

We reserve the right to request supporting evidence (e.g., screenshots, transaction IDs) before processing any exception-based refund. Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method and may take 5โ€“14 business days to reflect, depending on your payment provider.


3. AI Credit Purchases (Add-on Credits)

AI credits are purchased as one-time add-ons and are non-refundable once issued to your account, regardless of usage. Credits do not expire and carry over month to month.

If a duplicate charge occurs due to a technical error, please contact us within 14 days and we will investigate and issue a refund for the duplicate transaction if confirmed.
