How much does FormLM cost?

Pro is custom-priced for teams that need SSO/API access and priority support.
Is FormLM free to use?
Yes. The Free plan includes up to 10 applications, generic reports, 100 starter AI credits, conditional logic, CSV export, and webhook notifications — no credit card required. Upgrade when you need branded reports and unlimited applications.
Do you charge per response?
No. Responses are unlimited on every plan, Free included. There is no monthly reply allowance to run out of, no per-response billing, and no live form pulled offline once a quota is hit. Many form tools bundle a fixed number of responses into each tier and step you up a plan as volume grows; FormLM does not meter collection at all. AI credits are spent only when a personalized report is generated — about 7–20 credits per report — and generating reports is always your choice.
What happens when I collect thousands of responses?
Nothing changes and nothing extra is billed — collection has no cap on any plan. The form stays live, submissions keep coming in, and you can export your data at any time (see the plan comparison above). Two things do move with volume, both by design: each personalized report you generate uses AI credits (about 7–20), so a large cohort is a credits decision rather than a forced plan upgrade; and group analytics aggregate the first 10,000 responses. Respondent-level reports are unaffected too: emailed when an address was left, otherwise generated on the result page for instant viewing or download.
What are AI credits and how do they work?
AI credits power AI-generated questions, scoring logic, and personalized PDF reports. Creating a new assessment app costs about 10–20 credits; each respondent's AI-filled report costs about 7–20 credits depending on how many blocks you let the AI write. AI operations are metered per 1,000 tokens, rounded up, and capped at 50 credits per action. Every new account starts with 100 credits — enough to build an app and run about 4–10 reports — and Plus includes 1,000 credits per month. You can top up anytime with one-time credit packs: $5 for 100, $10 for 220, $30 for 600, or $60 for 1,300 credits. Credits roll over and never expire.
What happens if I run out of credits in the middle of a workshop?
Nothing breaks. Credit metering is capped bookkeeping, not a gate: when your balance hits zero the deduction stops at zero and report generation still runs for every respondent, so nobody in the room is left waiting. You top up when it suits you — and since credits roll over and never expire, there is no use-it-or-lose-it pressure to plan around.
How many credits does a 30-person workshop use?
About 220–620 credits all-in: 10–20 to build the assessment, then roughly 7–20 per personalized report for 30 respondents. That fits inside the 1,000 monthly credits on Plus, which covers about one to two mid-size workshops a month; a third in the same month is one $30 top-up (600 credits).
