Quick answer

Use it to close a training session for real: attendance marked, a 10–15 question score checked against your answer key per person, and the AI report showing which topics the whole cohort missed — so you know whether to retrain the volunteer or rewrite the slide.

💡

About this template

Nobody remembers a briefing; people remember a quiz. This combines the training attendance check with a scored 10–15 question test: attendance marked, answers judged against your key, points totaled per person — and the AI report charts which topics the cohort got wrong together, telling you whether to retrain the volunteer or rewrite the slide.

❓

Frequently Asked Questions

When should volunteer training end with a quiz?
Whenever the content could hurt someone if misunderstood — safeguarding, safety, sensitive data. Beyond that, keep it rare; quizzes tax goodwill.
How does this end-of-session quiz differ from onboarding certification?
No. The onboarding certification gates the placement (pass/fail before duty); this quiz closes a specific training session and maps comprehension gaps.
Does a quiz score decide roles?
It informs; the AI report never labels a person incapable — it names topics. Decisions stay with your coordinator process.
Is it free to use?
Yes. Copy it into your FormLM workspace, swap in your training questions and key, reuse per session.
What about retakes?
Run a retake round as a separate entry tagged to the same person — both scores trend on their report.
Can we see cohort-level patterns?
That's the report's other half: topic clusters missed together say the deck needs the fix, not the volunteer.
