Free Marketing Mix Diagnostic (7P)
Score product, price, place, promotion, people, process and physical evidence on one page — the AI report names which P is capping growth and what to fix before you spend another dollar on promotion.
Quick answer
Growth is capped by the weakest of the seven Ps, not the average of them. This diagnostic scores product, price, place, promotion, people, process and physical evidence on anchored 1–5 scales, then the AI report identifies the binding constraint and orders the fixes — so you stop pouring budget into promotion when pricing, distribution or onboarding is what actually limits revenue.
About this template
Most marketing plans are promotion plans: seven lines of spend, no line of price, channel or delivery capacity. The 7P diagnostic forces the whole mix onto one scored page. Each P gets an anchored rating — what a 2 looks like versus a 4 — plus a confidence marker, so a hopeful answer is visible rather than invisible. The AI report deliberately refuses to publish a single blended score; instead it ranks the Ps, flags the constraint that most limits revenue, and lists the two or three moves that raise the floor, with what usually breaks when you fix them in the wrong order.
Use it at agency onboarding before proposing a channel plan, at annual planning when the budget conversation starts from last year's spreadsheet, or in a turnaround where results fell despite higher spend. If your question is instead "is our team capable enough to execute", score that with the Marketing Maturity Quiz — capability and mix are different failures.
