Free Growth Lever Prioritization Assessment
Rate every growth lever on impact, confidence and ease — the AI report returns an ICE-ranked roadmap: the two levers to fund now, the one to test cheaply, and the ones to stop debating every quarter.
Quick answer
Nine revenue levers — acquisition, conversion rate, average order value, activation, retention, referral, pricing, expansion and cost per acquisition — each scored on impact, confidence and ease. Because confidence must cite a number or a prior test, the ranking punishes fashionable ideas with no evidence and rewards boring fixes with proof. The AI report funds the top two, proposes a cheap test for the third and defers the rest with reasons you can read aloud in the planning meeting.
About this template
Quarterly plans fail for a familiar reason: nine plausible initiatives, three people's worth of capacity, and a decision made by whoever spoke last. This assessment turns that argument into arithmetic. Every lever gets three scores, the confidence term carries a demand for evidence, and ease is re-weighted automatically when the executor is a single person or a two-person team. The output is not a backlog — the report explicitly funds two levers, proposes one low-cost test and lists what is being deferred and why, which is the part planning meetings usually skip.
Run it after you know where the machine leaks: pair it with the Funnel Leak Check to locate the weak stage, then use this to decide which intervention at that stage gets budget. If the constraint looks structural rather than sequential — a wrong price, wrong channel, wrong process — score the mix first with the Marketing Mix Diagnostic.
